Item condition

Most items are used. Every listing has a condition grade, a bench report of what was tested, and photos of the exact item you'll receive.

• New / open box: unused or barely used, in original packaging.
• Excellent: works perfectly, little to no visible wear.
• Good: works perfectly, light cosmetic wear such as small scuffs.
• Fair: works perfectly, noticeable cosmetic wear. Details are in the listing.
• For parts / not working: sold as-is for repair or parts. Not covered by the guarantee.

Returns & warranty

30-day works-as-described guarantee. If an item arrives not working or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup and we'll repair it, replace it or give you a full refund, including shipping both ways.

Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days in the same condition you received it. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

How to return: email [email protected] with your order email and what's wrong. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before we reply.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Not covered: items listed "For parts / not working"; damage after delivery, such as drops, liquid, bent pins or burned connectors; overclocking or BIOS flashing; items missing parts or with serial stickers removed.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Items usually ship within 2 business days of payment by a tracked carrier, and you'll get the tracking number by email.

Shipping is a flat $15 per order and is shown at checkout. Parts are packed in anti-static bags with padding; graphics cards and PCs are boxed with extra protection.

If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 48 hours of the delivery date (with photos if it's damaged). We'll handle the carrier claim and make it right.

Local pickup in Everett, WA

Local pickup is free. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you within one business day to set a time. You're welcome to see the part running before you take it home. If we can't find a pickup time within 7 days of your order, we'll refund you in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships or is picked up. Just email us. Each item is one of a kind, so once an order is placed, the item is held for you and removed from the shop.

Payments & pricing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. Washington sales tax is added at checkout where required.

PC services & custom builds

Quotes are free. We agree on the price with you before any work starts. Please back up anything important on your PC before dropping it off; we aren't responsible for lost data. Parts we install and work we do are covered for 30 days: if something we did isn't right, we'll fix it at no charge.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to complete your order or answer your message: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the website runs on Cloudflare.

We don't sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. To see or delete the information we have about you, email [email protected].
